Played for coach Roosevelt Osborne at Centennial HS.  He received an honorable mention for the all-city basketball team.  He also played soccer in high school and received 2nd team selection honors in that sport.

PERSONAL:
Parents are Krisann and Scott Applegate … Thomas chose Goshen College because he really liked the campus atmosphere … a little-known personal fact is that he reads a lot … he admires his grandfather for always being a good role model for him … his best athletic moment was making two free throws to put his team ahead in a rivalry game with under a minute left.
