HIGH SCHOOL:

Played for Coach Kevin King at Elida High School... was named all conference three times... also picked as Offensive MVP on three occasions... second in the conference in assists and hit 1,000 career at the beginning of her senior season... also involved in basketball, track, student council and the National Honor Society... received an Honor "E" Award and was on the honor roll.

PERSONAL:

Born on October 19… parents are Barry and Cyndi Smith… siblings are Tyler (25), Logan (24) and Cody (21) … chose Goshen because "I love that Goshen is a smaller school. It was also a plus that they are known for their nursing program and that's what I plan on majoring in. Lastly, I loved the volleyball coach and volleyball girls"… admires her mom because "She is very hardworking and she and my dad have done an awesome job raising four kids"… little known fact is "When I play volleyball I have to double knot my shoelaces. Yes, I am superstitious."
