The Sports Information Office should be your first contact point when you are thinking about preparing any materials (print, web, html email, video, or merchandise) you are planning to send to a broader audience than your team. Doing so will ensure that you are best positioning yourself, your program, and the Goshen College Athletics Department in the most professional, unified, and successful format possible.
To help the Sports Information Office and you best accomplish your goals, please follow the procedures below.
1. Before placing an order for team or fan gear, please submit artwork to Asst. AD Communications for approval (24 hour notice).
2. If you want to use a logo on anything other than "team" communications, please consult with Asst. AD Communications for approval (24 hour notice). Team communications are items that will be seen and distributed only to your team (practice plans, playbooks, emails, etc...)
3. If you would like to create and distribute new materials (print, web, video or other), please start by completing the Project Information Form. Please include as much information as possible. The Sports Information Office will determine if your project is feasible, whether it can be completed by in house staff or needs to be outscourced, the potential costs for the project, and a timeline for completion.
