| Goshen College Athletics will be offering several unique camps, clinics, and leagues this summer led by a professional and experienced staff of coaches. Volleyball

Led by Maple Leaf Head Coach Jewel Lehman and Assistant Coach Val Hershberger, the Goshen College volleyball program is offering both a high school summer league and an individual development camp. The high school league – team entries only – runs throughout June, while the skill development camp – for ages 8-18– is June 16-20th.
Soccer

The Goshen College soccer program will be hosting day camps for first through eighth graders June 23rd-28th. There will also be a special program for kindergarten ages (5-6 year old). Instruction will be led by a host of current and former Goshen College players and coaches, including Thavisak Mounsithiraj (current Goshen men's coach), Thavisith Mounsithiraj (current Goshen women's coach), Tony Bauman (Bloomingon High School), Greg Steffan (former women's coach at Eastern Mennonite University), and Todd Woodworth (Northridge High School).
Girl's Basketball

Led by Head Coach Steve Wiktorowski, the women's basketball program will be hosting a two-day fundamentals camp and a three-day shooting camp the first week of June. The camps will be split into three age groups – current third and fourth graders, fifth and sixth grade, and 7th- 9th grade – and start at 9 a.m. each morning. The two-day camp is $10, while the three-day camp costs $25 per players. The Maple Leafs will also host a high school league on Tuesday and Thursday nights through June. Teams must sign up through their high school coaches for the league.
Boy's Basketball

This camp is ideal for all levels of basketball playing experience. We emphasize the fundamental skills of basketball including shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, and rebounding. There will also be plenty of team instruction and strategy. The camp runs from June 9th-12th and costs $80, which includes a camp t-shirt. The camp is available to boy's entering fourth through ninth grades in the fall of 2008.
Track Field Events and Hurdles Camp

This camps is designed to give junior high and high school level athletes with expert coaching and training skills. Proper technique, drills, speed development, weight training and video analysis will be done with each athlete. Videos of top athletes in each event will be shown and critiqued to teach the athlete more about the event and how to perform at the top level. Events covered will be: pole vault, high jump, hurdles, long jump, shot put, and discus. Camp will be held June 12 and 14 at the Eigsti Track and Field Complex on the Goshen College Campus. Led by Goshen College coaches, the camp will also feature former Goshen athletes, many who still hold Maple Leaf records.
