MAR. 27 — Bryce Bow Named NAIA Academic All American

Junior becomes 13th Maple Leaf to receive award this year.

GOSHEN, Ind. – Thirteen became a lucky number for Bryce Bow as he was the 13th Goshen College athlete to be recognized by the NAIA as an All American Scholar-Athlete for the 2007-08 school year.

Bow, a 6'1" guard from Muncie, Ind., is in his third season with the Maple Leafs. Bow provided valuable minutes and defensive pressure off the bench spelling All American Errick McCollum at the shooting guard position as Goshen went 19-12 overall and 7-9 in the ultra-competitive Mid-Central Conference.

His leadership ability earned him team captain honors at the start of the season as he led by example. His work ethic paid off away from the court as well with the Maple Leafs latest award this week.

In order to be eligible for the award, student-athletes must have achieved at least junior status and maintained a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
