2011 - 2012 Coaching Staff

Head Coach Stephanie Miller

Kami Hilliker returns to the Maple Leaf sidelines for her second season as a collegiate assistant coach in 2011-12.A four-year collegiate player, Hilliker spent two seasons at both Grand Rapids Community College and Mid-Central College Conference foe Grace College.  She was a captain for both teams and graduated from Grace in 2007 with a bachelors in Business Administration.Hilliker lives in Goshen and works as a Logistics Analyst and Forecast Analyst at DePuy Orthopaedics in Winona Lake.  Her hobbies include playing softball and basketball and spending time with family and friends, including sister Kaylee, who is a senior on the Maple Leafs.

Assistant Coach Lakisha Freeman

Lakisha Freeman begins her first season on the Maple Leaf sidelines in 2011-12 following a standout high school and collegiate playing career.Freeman played four years of varsity ball at Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw (Mich.) where she was selected to the Saginaw Dream Team three times and was the fourth runner-up for Michigan's Miss Basketball.A 6-foot-1 forward, Freeman went on to play at Purdue University from 2004-2009 where she was a part of two Big Ten Championships.  Named All Big Ten and Academic Big Ten, Freeman is one of just 24 Boilermakers to record more than 1,000 career points (1,008). Freeman graduated from Purdue in 2009 with a B.S. in Organization Leadership and Supervision (Human Services).   Before moving to Goshen, she worked at Gadaleto & Associates, a Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Managing Agency in East Lansing (Mich.).
